陆维盈的个人简介

陆维盈,男,上海交通大学农业与生物学院副教授,硕士生导师。2011年12月于美国Ohio University获得分析化学博士学位。美国化学学会(ACS)会员。从事食品分析化学、食品安全与质量控制的研究。对功能保健食品进行了指纹图谱信息采集、化学计量学建模研究及相关活性评价。运用了高效液相色谱、超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用、气相色谱及活性评价技术等分析技术,对枸杞子、车前子等的活性健康功能组分进行了评价;建立了一系列牛乳的多元指纹图谱的质量评价及蓄意添加的鉴伪方法;建立了细胞肝毒性的预测模型。以第一或通讯作者在国际重要学术期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
