马克· 阿卜杜拉汗的个人简介

马克阿卜杜拉汗博士担任ACERTAS的首席执行官, 同时也是Sentia Group的创始人之一。他在克莱蒙特研究大学的政治经济学院担任教授及博士生导师。

阿卜杜拉汗博士于2016年5月24日受邀参加2016 贵安数博会·全球智能终端产业创新发展峰会暨中国大数据与人工智能院士论坛,并演讲 “站在大数据、战略决策+计算分析的前沿”。

阿卜杜拉汗博士曾被CNN,The New Yorker 和BBC采访,同时他也在TEDx,Abu Dhabi Strategic Debate (ADSD,阿布扎比战略辩论) ,CFR (关系外交委员会) 和 Joey (周正) 秀中给与演讲。

教育

从凯斯西储大学取得政治学、历史及法语文学士学位后, 阿卜杜拉汗博士从克莱蒙特研究大学相继获得外交和国防政策文学硕士学位及政治经济学和数学建模博士学位(1996年)。

事业

阿卜杜拉汗博士的研究包括战略决策、数据分析、预测分析、国际政治经济、可持续发展、经济增长、计量经济学和计算模型。他在全球范围内做演讲,并在多个私营和非盈利组织担任董事会成员。他曾与A.F.K. Organski 和 Jacek Kugler 合著了一本权利转移理论书籍。他还在商业 、政治、经济和发展中国家公务员体质改革战略方面著有文章。他的预测分析已经被美国政府、世界银行、联合国以及私营部门公司,例如安达信(Arthur Andersen),摩托罗拉(Motorola),雷神公司(Raytheon),英国宇航公司(British Aerospace),雪佛龙(Chevron)和戴比尔斯(DeBeers)所使用。他从美国政府收到多笔赠款用于数据驱动的决策制定。

2005年,美国政府嘉奖阿卜杜拉汗博士开发的SENTURION软件,称其具备 “国际最强战略能力” 。

自2005年起,他就先后被美国政府部门多次合同委托来开发并且提供新一代的对于人类,社会,经济行为研究的模型。

2009年,联合国选定阿布杜拉汗博士设计 AIDS2031 国际援助计划。

2010年,他领导的团队为爱迪生国际公司建模,融合政治学、社会学及地理学进行可持续能源选址。

自2013年起,阿卜杜拉汗博士以及他的团队开发了多种大、小数据驱动决策系统来帮助国家以及机构投资者们去管理其对外直接投资的资产组合。

最近,他和他所带领的ACERTAS团队协助非洲联盟在其大陆预警系统中设计并实施了先进的战略和数据分析。
