马锋旺的个人简介
马锋旺,男,1964年4月生,山东省汶上县人,汉族,博士,教授(二级)博士生导师。现任西北农林科技大学园艺学院院长,兼任旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室资源创新与品种设计实验室主任,农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室副主任,中国园艺学会苹果分会理事、陕西省果树品种审定委员会副主任、《西北农林科技大学学报》(自然科学版)编委等学术职务。
人物经历
1980年9月―1984年7月,山东农业大学园艺系果树专业学习,获农学学士学位;
1984年9月―1987年7月,西北农业大学园艺系攻读硕士学位研究生,获农学硕士学位;
1993年3月―1996年7月,西北农业大学园艺系攻读博士学位研究生,获农学博士学位。
1987年7月―1990年7月,西北农业大学助教;
1990年7月―1995年7月,西北农业大学讲师;
1995年7月―2000年12月,西北农业大学副教授;
2000年12月至今,西北农林科技大学教授。期间于2001年2月―2002年2月和2002年7月―2002年9月在美国康乃尔大学作访问学者。
研究方向
研究方向为果树逆境生物学,主要针对我国苹果主产区特别是西北黄土高原苹果生产中存在的干旱缺水等突出的逆境问题,开展苹果逆境生物学基础与应用研究。主要研究内容为:(1)苹果抗逆种质和基因的发掘;(2)抗逆生理和分子机理;(3)逆境下果实品质形成与调控;(4)抗逆种质创新与遗传育种;(5)旱区苹果肥水高效利用。
开设课程
为本科生开设“果树栽培学”和“新生研讨课”,为博士研究生主讲“现代果树科学进展”等课程。
荣誉称号
2002年被授予杨凌示范区“十大杰出青年”荣誉称号,2002年获教育部“优秀青年教师资助计划”,2005年获西北农林科技大学首批“拔尖人才资助计划”,2010年获政府特殊津贴,2016年获批陕西省“三秦学者”特聘教授。

取得的研究成果和正在进行的科学研究工作情况
先后主持和参加国家自然科学基金、教育部优秀青年教师资助计划、农业部948项目、西北农林科技大学拔尖人才资助计划、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省科技攻关项目等科研课题15项。1994、1997和1998年分别获陕西省人民政府科技进步奖三等奖,1997和2000年分别获校优秀教学成果二等奖,2004年获校优秀教学成果一等奖。审定苹果和杏品种4个。出版著作7部,全国统编教材3部。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文200余篇,其中70篇为SCI源刊
1、主要学术成绩及创新成果
(1)先后为本科生和研究生讲授“果树栽培学”、“果树生理学”、“果树科学进展”等7门课程,完成的“完善实践教学体系提高实践教学水平”和“暑期教学生产实习体系的建立与实践”教改项目分别获校优秀教学成果二等奖。主持的“园艺专业深化实践教学,加强创新人才培养探索”,于2005年获校优秀教学成果一等奖。
(2)山梨醇代谢与果树抗逆性的关系研究。从苹果叶片克隆得到合成山梨醇的关键酶―6-磷酸山梨醇脱氢酶基因,构建了表达载体,并转化到非蔷薇科植物中,获得了抗性植株,提高了抗旱和抗盐能力。
(3)逆境条件下苹果抗坏血酸代谢规律研究。从苹果叶片中克隆得到抗坏血酸合成酶L-半乳糖脱氢酶基因和L-半乳糖-γ-内酯脱氢酶(GalLDH)基因全长,抗坏血酸代谢循环酶抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)基因全长;系统研究了干旱和衰老条件下苹果叶片抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽(ASA-GSH)循环各组分(H2O2、ASA、DHA、APX、MDHAR、DHAR、GR及GSH和GSSG)和抗坏血酸合成关键酶L-半乳糖-γ-内酯脱氢酶(GalLDH)的变化规律。
(4)引进、收集和保存了苹果种质资源60多份,其中国外优良苹果品种和砧木35份;引进、收集和保存了猕猴桃特异种质资源10多份;保存了50多份杏种质资源并进行了抗性评价。
